We act as the conduit for your business, liaising directly with the DMS provider to assist in diagnosis of a problem and implementation of fix. Our support service operates in such a way that we take ownership of the problem from the time a fault is reported, through to fix. We liaise with Manufacturer systems support teams and 3rd party software providers, (Sage, Access accounts, Audatex, Autoflow etc), on your behalf to ensure that faults are handled quickly and efficiently. Due to our Remote Support Helpdesk system, you can be assured that a certified engineer will start working towards a fix in a fast professional response to any reported fault. In the unlikely event that the fault cannot be fixed remotely an engineer will carry out a site visit.
